I was mostly amazed by the breakfast that Nancy prepared. All the staff were immensely friendly and approachable. The hospitality is immaculate. The rooms are super clean, and presentable. If you need anything, they do not hesitate.
I am so glad my husband and I decided to stay at this hotel. Being near the airport, it was so quiet. I did not hear any planes nor traffic at all during my 2-night stay. The surrounding area felt comfortable and safe. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and the employees were all very helpful, friendly, and kind. The AC worked great, and the breakfast had a great variety. There is also an outdoor pool and basketball court, which we used. It was fun and nice. Next time we are in Austin, we will stay here again.
Clean safe & secure . And the staff are very friendly and helpful their breakfast & dinner all complimentary and great. This is the best model over all I've ever stayed in in texas.will definitely stay here the next opportunity I get .

Location: 5/5 - it’s very convenient to go to museums/parks/airport and our new fave “mall” Barton Creek Square Mall, 35mins to the Oasis of Lake Travis. Management/Service: 5/5 - Ms. Jennifer at the frontdesk was very nice and helpful to our family. My platinum elite membership was recognized and we got an awesome room upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Food: 4/5 - the Texas pancakes are good. - sausage links are “very dry” - breakfast tacos were “crispy” and a bit overcooked - drinks are good and has a variety of options. Sodas are kinda watered down, it tastes different. Rooms: 5/5 - we had our own beds to ourselves. Thanks to the complimentary upgrade by Ms. Jenn. - so far, this had been one of our most relaxing Thanksgiving weekend.
This hotel was everything my family expected, and more! The breakfast was delicious, the pool was refreshing, and the room was cozy and spacious. We didn’t know we needed a kitchen until we had one in our room! While we did not use some amenities, we were pleased to learn that a basketball court, laundry room, and BBQ pit area were available to us.

Staybridge is a great place to stay I enjoy the comfort of the apartment feel instead of at hotel. Soda fountain drinks is a nice extra touch. Staff are very friendly. Currently this facility is going through a remodel but have not had any issues of noise or trash.
